I’m Nick, a 3-time fastest-growing CEO, repeat founder, and coach for CEOs navigating scaling pains.

I went from co-founder of my first business, Obility, to CEO of one of the fastest-growing companies multiple years in a row to exit in five years.

The company was successful, but before exiting, I needed support to keep up with the company's growth, moving from an early-stage small team to a much larger team with multiple departments and senior leaders with a growing need for processes.

Every new business phase was also new for me, and with each new phase I quickly learned that I needed to lead differently.

After personally struggling, and seeing other CEOs also privately struggle with the stress, fear, and sacrifice, I’m on a mission to support others where I’m strong: scaling.

Outside of my primary passion coaching others, I also advise VC funds on their founder support platforms, am a Founding Partner in Stargazer Ventures, and founder and co-CEO of Oxygen, dedicated to offering the most effective, sought after and accessible manager training programs.

When I'm not working I'm playing guitar, reading, playing video games and enjoying adventures with my family.
